Website and menu information
We work to keep information accurate, but menu items, ingredients, hours, service areas, merchandise, and availability may change. DoorDash and Uber Eats control current marketplace prices, fees, timing, and address eligibility.
Food orders and third-party platforms
Orders placed through DoorDash or Uber Eats are also subject to that platform’s terms. Questions about an active marketplace transaction may need to be handled through the platform where the order was placed.
Merchandise orders
Merchandise is produced on demand and may be fulfilled by Printful. Product appearance can vary slightly by garment, size, display, and production process. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Merchandise orders are also subject to our Shipping & Returns policy.
Allergens and dietary needs
GG’s does not represent an allergen-free kitchen. Cross-contact may occur. Confirm current information before ordering and do not rely on an item name alone for an allergy or dietary decision.
Catering, collaborations, and partnerships
Submitting a form is a request—not a confirmed booking, partnership, license, sponsorship, or commercial agreement. GG’s must confirm availability and terms separately in writing.
Brand and acceptable use
GG’s names, branding, illustrations, photographs, writing, designs, and original site content may not be copied or commercially used without permission. Do not interfere with the website, abuse its forms or polls, submit unlawful material, or impersonate another person.
Availability and liability
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, GG’s is not responsible for indirect losses caused by site interruptions, third-party services, delivery delays outside its control, or reliance on outdated marketplace information.
